天津工大教授研发新型技术减少尾气

天津网讯 城市快报记者 程婷 PM2.5是构成霾的主要成分,对人体的伤害巨大,而柴油车尾气又是PM2.5 的重要来源之一。日前,天津工业大学桂建舟教授课题组研发了一种新型纳米片基薄膜催化剂合成方法。研究团队首先通过对商业铁片进行低温焙烧得到了含有氧化铁物种的整体式基底,然后将含有金属硝酸盐的溶液直接滴覆在基底上形成一层硝酸盐薄膜,将基底再次进行热处理,最终得到了一系列具有等级结构的交叉金属氧化物纳米片基薄膜。该方法操作过程简单,实现了碳烟颗粒的高效催化消除并且兼具普适性,有望实现纳米阵列基薄膜催化剂大规模的工业化生产和商业应用,对机动车尾气碳烟颗粒的高效催化消除具有里程碑式的意义。
